Returns
You can return the items if they are not satisfied.
Please notice that once we go into the shipping process, the register proof attached to each Japanese swords are expired and we can never get back the same register proof.
Reissue of the resister proof takes a lot of times and costs so that only overseas Return, we take 20% charge.
If you need to return something, please send an email to info@samurai-nippon.net as soon as possible.
We will accept authorized returns (minus shipping and 20%charge) if we are contacted within 30 days of your order arrival as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging.
EPlease return it within 60 days.
EWe will make fully refund soon after receiveing back our items.
EReturns cause of our any mistakes, we will make fully refund including the freight charge for a percel.
Delivery
We use Japan Post service EMS(Express Mail Service).
We send your items soon after we confirm your payment and getting Export Permission by Agency for Cultural Affairs. Getting permission normally takes about 2weeks.
